Vatican City, March 26 - Pope Francis will
continue to "experiment" with living in the Santa Marta
residence in "simple cohabitation" with other cardinals, Vatican
spokesman Father Federico Lombardi said on Tuesday.
Francis, who was elected pope on March 13, has been
staying in a suite at the Vatican's Domus Santa Marta, while his
papal apartment was being prepared.
On Tuesday, Lombardi said that work on Pope Francis'
apartment had been completed, but that the pontiff would remain
living in the 120-room residence with other clergy for an
undetermined amount of time.
Francis' humble approach that marked his time as the
Archbishop of Buenos Aires has continued into his newly born
papacy.
