London, April 3 - An Italian woman has been named
world's best chef by British magazine Restaurant and its list
The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
Nadia Santini made history in 1996 when she became the
first Italian woman to receive three Michelin stars for her
restaurant Dal Pescatore in Runate, northern Italy, where she
learned her craft from her husband's grandmother, Teresa.
The family-owned eatery is known for a mix of traditional
